# EnsurePaidMediaConversionActionAPI finds or approval-gates creation of a lead
conversion action.


> Find an enabled Google Ads conversion action by exact name, or submit approval-gated creation of an UPLOAD\_CLICKS action for offline lead uploads. Creation uses ONE\_PER\_CLICK counting and is secondary for account goals. An omitted customer\_id uses the selected operating account.
