structured client page-feedback items, each naming its page by experiment_slug + variant_key. Every item mints a ‘defect’ observation on the experiment ledger (judge_slug human:<user_id>) with the item’s feedback text stored verbatim as the reason — the same channel and shape erdo_respond_attention_item’s flag-broken-variant path writes.
