Landing pages use videos attached to your Knowledge records. Ask your agent to use an attached video in a hero or a presentation lightbox; the page’s video component manages playback and tracking. Videos use adaptive streaming when available, choosing a rendition for the player and connection. Stream renditions support up to 1080p. While processing is incomplete, or if streaming cannot play in a visitor’s browser, the video automatically uses the existing MP4 playback path. Videos longer than 11 minutes use MP4 playback. Your original attachment is preserved. Decorative hero videos keep their poster visible while the page loads, and presentation videos start when the visitor opens their lightbox. Only attachments published for public viewing are available to page visitors.
