Phone and address assets

Ask your Erdo agent to add your sales phone number and sales gallery or office to your Google Ads Search campaigns. Erdo prepares the changes for approval and reports what Google accepted or refused.

Phone numbers

Erdo takes the number from your landing page’s telephone link or your Brand and Knowledge records. It can create a call asset or link an existing one. Google requires the number to be verified and reachable, and may disapprove it. Your approval shows the phone number and target campaign or account. Call conversion reporting follows your Google Ads account settings by default. You can also disable call conversion reporting for the asset or choose an existing conversion action in the same account.

Business addresses

If your sales gallery or office has a Google Business Profile, Erdo links its locations. If it has none, Erdo can add the published street address as a location picked from Google Maps instead, which needs no Business Profile. Erdo never invents an address. To connect Google Ads to Business Profile, request the link from Google Ads under Assets → + → Location. The Business Profile owner must approve that request in Business Profile before the locations appear. Erdo can then reuse the synchronized location set. Google allows one active location sync set per account. Setting up a new sync enables account-level locations, so Erdo permits it only when your organization alone operates the account and owns its campaigns. In a shared account, Erdo uses an existing account sync and selects your development’s listing IDs for a campaign location group. The approval shows the target and selected listings.

Without a Business Profile

Erdo looks up the published street address of your sales gallery or office on Google Maps, and the approval shows the place name, address and Google Maps place ID it found. Google Ads accepts up to ten such locations. Only premises you occupy qualify: Google disapproves a building site, another business or any address that is not yours. Before writing, Erdo looks the address up again and stops if Google Maps no longer resolves it to the place you approved. These locations become the account’s one location sync set and show on every campaign in the account. Erdo therefore adds them only when your organization alone operates the account and owns its campaigns, and only when the account has no active location sync set already. Google reviews the locations before they serve. A successful link does not mean Google has finished synchronizing or reviewing the locations. Erdo checks the synchronized location assets and campaign links and reports any remaining blockers.
