Erdo’s Real Estate Advertising skill adds the rules that are particular to housing when an agent writes, targets or reviews ads for a real-estate development, condos, or homes for sale or lease. It is a default Knowledge skill, is not pinned, and applies only to housing offers. The agent finds it by searching your skills when the business it is advertising is a property. It works alongside the general craft skills: Paid social ad copywriting for LinkedIn and Meta feed ads, and Search Ad Copywriting for search ads.

What it adds

  • Buyer registers. An emotional buyer gets a scene first, then cited proof. An investor gets the supported asset case first, with no invented yield.
  • Property claims. Counts, completion dates, views and locations come from the brief or the developer’s own material. Pre-construction is never described as ready to move in.
  • No price in the ad. A property ad and its landing page leave the price out.
  • Destination and advertiser name. Ads link to the development’s own landing page, and the posting Page is named for the development and its city.
  • Advertising and offering restrictions. Before choosing geography, the agent re-reads the development’s published disclaimers and keeps any restriction to that development’s scope.

Ask for a housing ad

Draft three Meta ads for our new development from the Brand Brief, one for investors and two for buyers who will live there.
The agent reads the brief and this skill, then drafts each ad in the matching register. Review the drafts as usual before approving anything.
